This is a grab bag heading to cover other project work.

We are recognised for our expertise and experience in thinking outside the square and bringing a fresh approach to project design, management and delivery. We have been engaged by a variety of clients to look at unusual and complex issues and come up with ideas that deal effectively with them.

Our project work has included:

• Review of State and metropolitan retail policies in Melbourne since the 1950’s and assistance with the development of new approaches
• Development of future land uses for over 20 Crown Land and others sites in Noojee Township
• Development of Character Assessment Reports and Planning Strategies for Yarrawonga
• Development of Township Character Assessment Reports and Planning Strategies for four townships in the Shire of Cardinia – Lang Lang, Koo Wee Rup, Bunyip and Garfield
• Preparation of a Development Concept Plan for the revitalisation of the Yarra Valley Racing Centre at Yarra Glen
• Preparation of a Feasibility Analysis for the Kelpie Interpretive Centre and Multi-Purpose Community Centre at Casterton
• Preparation of a Feasibility Study and Business Plan for the Swan Hill Performing Arts Centre
